WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO HONOR YOUR STUDENT BY PURCHASING AN AD IN PLANO WEST CHOIR SPRING SHOW PROGRAM. THIS KEEPSAKE PROGRAM HAS BEEN TREASURED AS A “MINI-YEARBOOK” FOR YEARS BY CHOIR STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

ALL AD ORDERS, PAYMENT, & MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, APRIL 6, 2020

Step 1: E-mail to Kristin Marshall: kristen.marshall@outlook.com.

GRADE - Junior or senior 
Size of Ad
Attach photos and Copy or ready to print ad in JPG or PNG format
Art:  Can either be submitted in finished layout, in a JPG or PNG format
OR – just send your photos and your copy and we will design if for you.

Step 2: Pay for Ad: 
Payable by Check to Plano West Booster Club,
or on line on Membership Toolkit (http://www.pwshchoir.com/ go to your account)
$150 for a Full Page (10”H x 8”W)  (Up to 5 photos)
$75 for a half page (5”H x 8”W)  (up to 3 photos)
$40 for a Quarter Page (5”H x 4”W)  (1 photo)
$25 for a Business card or a shout out to your performer! 
Don’t forget grandparents and other family want to shout out too!
