Step 2: Pay for Ad: Payable by Check to Plano West Booster Club, or on line on Membership Toolkit (http://www.pwshchoir.com/ go to your account) $150 for a Full Page (10”H x 8”W) (Up to 5 photos) $75 for a half page (5”H x 8”W) (up to 3 photos) $40 for a Quarter Page (5”H x 4”W) (1 photo) $25 for a shout out to your performer!
